Cosmic Dream — Bog is operated under the Terencio Verde business name (the “Operator”). These Terms govern use of the Cosmic Dream — Bog website, Discord community, Hunt Bot, Shard Hunt, interactive experiences, digital collectibles, optional paid story-poster purchases and any later paid mint of the Name to be revealed at time of mint NFT collection.
By initiating a paid NFT or digital-collectible purchase, you also agree to the applicable sale disclosures and license terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Cosmic Dream — Bog is the story and community experience. Name to be revealed at time of mint is the separate NFT/digital collectible collection that may emerge from that story. Its visual identity and reveal details are intentionally undisclosed before mint. The Shard Hunt is an interactive story experience and is currently intended to remain free to participate in.
You are responsible for ensuring that participation and purchases comply with laws applicable to you and for maintaining control of your accounts and wallets.
The Hunt Bot provides progression tracking, role assignments, access to game-related channels and related functionality. Game mechanics and progression requirements may be adjusted as the experience develops. Attempts to exploit, automate, manipulate or circumvent the system may result in disqualification or loss of access.
You are solely responsible for wallet security, transaction approvals, destination addresses, network selection and applicable fees. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
The project currently plans four optional paid story-poster collectibles connected to participation in Cosmic Dream — Bog: the opening Answer the Calling poster and the Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 posters. Prices and applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase. Story posters are not offered as free rewards or airdrops.
Purchasing a story poster is currently intended to be optional and is not intended to be a fee merely to participate in or continue playing the Shard Hunt. Chapter participation or completion may be used to determine who receives an opportunity to purchase a corresponding chapter poster during an announced purchase window.
Poster editions are currently intended to be participant-driven rather than artificially capped for scarcity. Subject to final implementation, an edition's final size would reflect the number actually minted during its applicable purchase period.
The paid story posters are separate collectibles from the Name to be revealed at time of mint collection. Any relationship between story-poster ownership, Shard Hunt completion and eligibility for the later collection will be disclosed under the final mint structure. Current concepts involving Unvault, Bugs, poster ownership, snapshots, phases or one-per-wallet limits may be revised or replaced before launch.
Before any paid mint or sale opens, the applicable interface or official materials will disclose material facts including, as applicable, price, supply, payment asset, blockchain, eligibility criteria, wallet limits, royalties, administrator controls, reveal or delivery plan, transfer restrictions, fees and material technical risks.
A paid sale may be conducted through Unvault or another third-party provider. Third-party terms, privacy policies, transaction rules, fees and technical limitations may apply separately.
A purchase consists of the applicable blockchain token and only those intellectual-property or other rights expressly granted under the applicable license and sale terms. Digital collectibles are not offered or marketed as investments. No NFT represents equity, debt, revenue share, profit share, ownership in Terencio Verde or Cosmic Dream Bog, or a right to project income.
No purchaser is promised appreciation, liquidity, profit, passive income, recurring compensation or payment merely for holding a collectible.
The project currently plans for story posters to be eligible for separately announced DIVIT holder-reward campaign activations if the contemplated Unvault structure is used. Eligibility to participate may depend on holding a designated collectible, but ownership alone does not earn or create a right to a DIVIT payment.
Where a DIVIT campaign is activated, any approved reward is subject to that campaign's rules, including any qualifying social-media marketing or other specifically disclosed promotional activity, verification requirements, deadlines, disclosures and tax consequences. A DIVIT is not a dividend, creator royalty, revenue share, profit share, interest payment, ownership interest or promise of recurring income.
DIVIT plans may be changed, paused, discontinued or replaced if the applicable provider, program or project structure changes before activation.
Purchasers are responsible for the disclosed purchase price and applicable blockchain, network and third-party platform fees. Taxes may apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, successfully completed blockchain purchases are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law provides a non-waivable remedy.
The project may specify creator royalties on qualifying secondary-market transactions. Collection may depend on contract design, marketplace support and transfer mechanics and is not guaranteed on every transfer. A creator royalty payable to the project is not a revenue share payable to holders.
Ownership of an NFT is distinct from ownership of underlying copyrights, trademarks, project names, world, story and other intellectual property. Rights for each collectible are limited to those expressly granted under the applicable license. Terencio Verde retains all rights not expressly granted.
Cosmic Dream Bog may use Unvault, Discord, blockchain networks, wallets, marketplaces, hosting providers, social-media platforms and other third-party technologies. Third-party availability, interfaces, programs and policies may change independently of Cosmic Dream Bog.
Cosmic Dream — Bog is an evolving creative story and community project. Before a sale opens, contemplated poster prices, provider, DIVIT participation, purchase windows, eligibility, edition mechanics and final-collection mint mechanics may be revised or replaced. Material representations made in connection with a completed sale remain subject to the applicable sale terms and consumer-protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operator-controlled services are provided "as is" and "as available." Blockchain participation involves wallet, smart-contract, network, third-party, payment-token and secondary-market risks. Nothing provided through Cosmic Dream Bog constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Dream Bog and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from participation. For a particular paid transaction, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount actually paid to the Operator for that transaction, excluding network fees, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, subject to non-waivable rights.
The version accepted for a completed paid transaction governs that sale. Terms may be updated prospectively for future transactions or services.
